Factory
Our 3,500 m² facility is located in Salemi, in the heart of western Sicily, and was inaugurated in September 2024. A plant designed with the highest energy efficiency standards, equipped with latest-generation Industry 4.0 machinery that ensures precision and traceability at every stage of processing. With a production capacity of 25,000 pieces per day, the facility represents the perfect balance between Sicilian artisan tradition and cutting-edge technological innovation.
Our Commitment
Clean Energy
Solar panels integrated into the factory roof power the entire production line, covering 100% of energy needs during daylight hours. This strategic choice allows us to drastically reduce our carbon footprint, actively contributing to the transition towards a renewable energy model in the food industry.
Water Management
A complete recovery and recycling system ensures maximum respect for this precious resource. Every drop is treated and reused in the production process, reducing overall water consumption by over 90%. We constantly monitor water quality to guarantee impeccable hygiene and sanitary standards.
Carbon Footprint
Our approach to the circular economy has allowed us to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. From logistics optimization to sustainable packaging, every aspect of the supply chain is designed to minimize environmental impact. Our goal is a progressive reduction of 40% in emissions over the coming years.

Our facility is equipped with X-ray control systems integrated with machine learning algorithms that analyze every single product in real time. A level of precision that guarantees exceptional quality standards, from raw material reception to final packaging.
